Match Transact will present a unique shopping experience at WOW! mobile boutique™ kiosks not available with other mall-based wireless retailers. Our highly trained frontline associates will bring an enhanced customer-focused approach, with unbiased advice and assistance.

WOW! mobile boutique™ is immediately recruiting for full time and part time Sales Associates to spearhead this paradigm shift. We will be introducing a new way to shop for mobile service by offering a warm and friendly wireless journey focused on providing customer-centric solutions.

This isn’t your typical mobile job; you will drive sales and hit key performance metrics all while working in an exciting, friendly and unbiased environment gaining experience with the latest technology across multiple carriers. There is potential for growth and career development.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving all key business objectives including sales, revenue and customer experience.
  • Follow operational guidelines to ensure all compliance standards are being met.
  • Complete all required training within specified timelines.
  • Complete weekly coaching sheets for review with Management and follow recommended course of action to further develop sales skills.
  • Ensure all scheduled shifts are completed, including clocking in/out as per guidelines.
  • Follow dress guidelines for every shift and ensure the brand is appropriately represented at all times.
  • Complete all assigned tasked delegated by Management


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years progressive retail sales or customer service experience (preferably in wireless).
  • Experience in the wireless space considered an asset.
  • Proven track record of sales.
  • Superb communication and customer service skills.
  • Friendly and professional attitude.


Pay Rate:

Hourly Wage + commission
